MEBT/MEBO联合PRP治疗双足跟烫伤1例报告

摘　　要：对2020年2月赣州东河医院外科收治的1例双足跟烫伤患者采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)联合自体富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗。治疗第21天,创面明显缩小,患者出院。出院后1个月随访,创面愈合良好,愈后皮肤感觉正常、弹性较好、无明显瘢痕增生,皮下组织丰满。One case with scalds on both heels was admitted into the Surgery Department of Ganzhou Donghe Hospital in February 2020.The patient was treated with MEBT/MEBO plus the autologous platelet rich plasma(PRP)therapy.On day 21 of treatment,the wounds were decreased obviously and the patient was discharged from the hospital.The follow-up of one month after discharge found that the wound healed well and the healed skin had normal sensation and good elasticity.No visible hypertrophic scar was observed,and the subcutaneous tissues were plump.
