摘　　要：本文分析总结了2020年我国电力消费、电力供应及供需特点,回顾总结了电力体制改革实施进展及能源低碳转型政策,结合宏观经济发展环境,展望了2021年电力供需形势,并提出了相关建议。This paper analyzes and summarizes the profile of the power consumption,power supply and supplydemand balance situation in 2020,reviews and summarizes the implementation progress of power system reform in the power industry and energy low-carbon transition policies.Refer to the macro-economic development environment,this paper also prospects the power supply and demand situation in 2021,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
