摘  要:通过微合金化化学成分设计,结合控轧控冷技术,以相变强化作为主要强化机制,研发出一种强度达吉帕级的非调质钢板。研究发现,随着终轧温度的提高,钢板马氏体组织中的变形带逐渐消失,其强度及塑性降低。终轧温度为860℃及采用中温回火,钢板拉伸强度达1136MPa,伸长率为13.8%,同时屈强比达0.93。钢板冲击韧性随终轧温度的升高呈现先降低后升高的变化趋势,终轧温度为890℃时,钢板韧性达到最佳,且韧脆性转变温度小于-40℃。A non-quenched and tempered steel sheet with strength level of 1GPa was developed by using micro-alloying combined with controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology which take phase transformation strengthening as the main strengthening mechanism.The study found that with the increase of the finishing rolling temperature,the deformation band in the martensite structure gradually disappeared,and the strength and plasticity of the material decreased.When the finishing rolling temperature is 860℃and followed with the middle temperature tempering processing,its tensile strength can be reached 1136MPa with about 13.8%elongation,and the yield ratio is optimal at 0.93.The impact toughness tends to decrease first and then increase with the increase of the finishing rolling temperature.When the finishing rolling temperature is 890℃,the toughness of the material is the best,and the ductile-brittle transition temperature is less than-40℃.
