摘  要:为了满足轧制中带钢厚度精度的控制要求,必须对由轧制速度变化引起的带钢厚度波动进行油膜补偿。提出了一种基于油膜力的油膜厚度补偿方法,并进行推证,得到适合现场应用的数学模型。以此数学模型为基础,开发了一套完整的数据采集、数据处理和现场应用方法,并将该模型成功应用于热连轧生产中。实际应用表明,对热连轧机组采用该油膜厚度补偿算法后,带钢头部和全长的厚差控制精度得到明显提高。In order to meet the requirements of controlling precision of strip thickness during rolling,oil film compensation must be carried out for the fluctuation of strip thickness caused by the change of rolling speed.A method of oil film thickness compensation based on oil film force was proposed,and a deduction was made to obtain a mathematical model suitable for field application.Based on this mathematical model,a complete set of data acquisition,data processing and field application methods have been developed,and the model has been successfully applied to hot strip production.Practical application show that the control accuracy of the thickness difference between the strip head and the overall length is significantly improved after this oil film thickness compensation algorithm is used in hot strip mill.
