摘  要:冷轧产线激光测速仪运行环境差,在带钢低速运行情况下一直存在质量因数不稳定、波动频繁,影响速度检测数据准确性,进而影响到轧机的AGC自动厚度控制功能的问题。对激光测速仪质量因数波动原因进行了分析。针对某现场,通过改进吹扫形式、提高吹扫压力、调整吹扫角度等方式,消除了乳化液喷溅及回流对激光通路及激光检测点的影响,从而达到改善提高激光质量因数的目的。The operation environment of laser speedometer in cold rolling mill is poor.Under the condition of strip running at low speed,the quality factor is unstable and fluctuates frequently,which affects the accuracy of speed detection data,and then affects the AGC automatic thickness control function of the rolling mill.The reason of laser speedometer fluctuation was analyzed.Aiming at a production line,the influence of emulsion splashing and backflow on laser path and laser detection point was eliminated by improving the purging form,increasing the purging pressure and adjusting the purging angle,so as to improve the laser quality factor.
