摘　　要：介绍了某500kV变压器多次出厂试验不通过,出现长时感应耐压试验局部放电量超标或是油色谱异常的情况,并对变压器整体进行解体检查分析,找出了故障原因。The situation of a 500 kV transformer failed to pass the factory test is analyzed.The PD capacity of the long-term induction withstand voltage test exceeds the standard, or the abnormality of the oil chromatography.The whole transformer is disassembled and analyzed to find out the cause of the failure.
