摘　　要：目的观察米诺环素联合他克莫司软膏及红光治疗玫瑰痤疮样皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法将入选的66例玫瑰痤疮样皮炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组(33例)第一个30天口服米诺环素胶囊,第二个30天外用他克莫司软膏,前60天均接受红光照射治疗(2次/周)。对照组(33例)第一个30天口服米诺环素胶囊,第二个30天外用他克莫司软膏,不进行红光照射治疗。观察期为90天,分别在第60天及第90天评价疗效及安全性。结果两组在第60天主观、客观及总评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在第90天两组主观、客观及总评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组及对照组第60天是有效率分别为81.8%和69.7%,差异无统计学意义(c2=3.26,P>0.05),第90天时有效率分别为93.9%和48.5%,差异有统计学意义(c2=30.72,P<0.05);治疗组及对照组反跳率分别为6.1%及69.7%,差异有统计学意义(c2=28.40,P<0.05)。两组患者均未见严重不良反应。结论米诺环素联合他克莫司软膏及红光治疗玫瑰痤疮样皮炎效果好;不良反应轻微;红光治疗能降低治疗反跳率,延缓复发。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of minocycline combined with tacrolimus ointment and red light in the treatment of rosaceiform dermatitis.Methods 66 patients with rosacea dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(n=33)took minocycline capsule in the first 30 days,tacrolimus ointment in the second 30 days,and accepted red light therapyin the total 60 days(twice a week).The control group(n=33)received minocycline capsules for the first 30 days and tacrolimus ointment in the second 30 days without red light therapy.The observation period was 90 days,and efficacy and safety were evaluated on the 60th and 90th day respectively.Results There were no statistically significant differences in subjective,objective and total scores between the two groups on the 60th day(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant differences on the 90th day(P<0.05).on the 60th day,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 81.8%and 69.7%respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(c2=3.26,P>0.05),but on the 90th day,the effective rates were 93.9%and 48.5%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(c2=30.72,P<0.05).The bounce rate of the treatment group and the control group were 6.1%and 69.7%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(c2=28.4,P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Minocycline combined with tacrolimus ointment and red light is effective in the treatment of rosacea dermatitis,the adverse reactions were mild,and red light therapy can reduce the bounce rate and delay the recurrence.
