摘　　要：激光治疗作为一种有效的治疗多种疾病的手段已广泛应用于临床。其中激光器种类繁多,皮肤科常见的激光器包括二氧化碳激光、半导体激光、脉冲染料激光、长脉宽激光、调Q激光和点阵激光等。本文将从皮肤科激光器发展现状及不同靶色基激光临床应用进展作一简要综述,以期促进临床皮肤科医师对激光器的认识。laser therapy has been widely used in clinic as an effective way to treat many kinds of diseases.There are various lasers in dermatology,including CO2 laser,semiconductor laser,pulsed dye laser,long pulse laser,Q-switched laser,fractional laser and so on.This review briefly summarizes the classification of lasers in dermatology from the perspectives of laser medium,skin damage situation and different target chromophore,so as to improve the understanding of lasers in clinicians.
