摘 要:目的对血站采血人员的职业暴露风险进行分析,并探讨职业防护的应对措施。方法选取2017年12月—2019年12月在该血站工作的28名采血人员为研究对象,使用自行设计问卷进行调查,了解采血人员职业风险因素,并提出应对措施。结果从调查结果上看,针刺伤是采血人员最主要的职业危害因素,占比约为92.86%,其次为接触污染工作环境85.71%,头痛、烦躁82.14%,呕吐物溅污78.57%,腰椎、颈椎劳损53.57%,胃部不适50.00%,其他危险因素例如失眠、焦虑39.29%,接触性皮炎28.57%,喉咙、眼睛灼伤17.86%,泌尿系感染10.71%等较为少见。结论血站采血人员职业危害因素较多,应根据其职业风险采取恰当的职业防护措施,保证采血人员安全。Objective To analyze the occupational exposure risk of blood collection personnel in blood stations and discuss occupational protection measures.Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,28 blood collection personnel working in the blood station were selected as research object.Using self-designed questionnaires surveyed to understand the occupational risk factors of blood collection personnel and propose countermeasures.Results From the survey results,needle stick injuries are the most important occupational hazard factor for blood collection personnel,accounting for about 92.86%,followed by exposure to polluted work environment 85.71%,headache,irritability 82.14%,vomit splashing 78.57%,lumbar spine,cervical strain 53.57%,stomach discomfort 50.00%,other risk factors such as insomnia,anxiety 39.29%,contact dermatitis 28.57%,throat,eye burns 17.86%,urinary tract infection 10.71%,etc.were relatively rare.Conclusion There are many occupational hazards for blood collection personnel in blood stations,and appropriate occupational protective measures should be taken according to their occupational risks to ensure the safety of blood collection personnel.
