探讨腹腔镜技术在肾切除手术教学中的应用

摘  要:目的研究腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科肾切除手术教学中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1—12月在宿迁医院泌尿外科实习的50名实习生作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表法将其分为两组,各25名。对照组实习生在肾切除手术教学中运用传统手术技术,而观察组实习生在肾切除手术教学中运用腹腔镜技术,对比两种不同教学方法的教学成果。结果两组实习生示教前和操作练习前的手术操作考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),示教后,观察组实习生的考核成绩明显高于对照组,且两组之间的考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),这说明不同示教方法对考核成绩是会产生影响;观察组实习生对于肾切除手术教学方法的主观满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组示教完成后的考核成绩对比,观察组的考核合格率显著高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科肾切除手术教学中运用腹腔镜技术更有利于提高实习生的手术操作能力,同时也获得了实习生的满意与认可,优势显著。Objective To study the application value of laparoscopic technique in the teaching of nephrectomy in urology.Methods A total of 50 interns who had practiced in the Department of Urology in Suqian Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the main research subjects,and they were divided into two groups using a numerical random table method,with 25 cases in each group.The interns in the control group used traditional surgical techniques in the teaching of nephrectomy,while the interns in the observation group used laparoscopic techniques in the teaching of nephrectomy to compare the teaching results of the two different teaching methods.Results In the evaluation scores of the two groups of interns before teaching and before the operation practice,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,after the completion of the teaching,the evaluation results of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the assessment scores between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which shows that different teaching methods have an effect on the evaluation results;the subjective satisfaction of the interns in the observation group with respect to the teaching method of nephrectomy was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparing the assessment results of the observation group after the completion of the teaching,the assessment pass rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic technique in the teaching of urological nephrectomy is more conducive to improving the operation ability of interns,and at the same time,it has obtained the satisfaction and recognition of interns.It has significant advantages.
