共情理论培训对降低骨外科护士身心耗竭综合征的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对骨外科护士实施共情理论培训后在降低其身心耗竭综合征方面的影响。方法对该院骨外科护士展开调查,采用均等单盲法将2018年12月—2019年12月间30名护士分为人均15名的常规组和研究组,对其中的研究组护士实施共情理论培训,探讨其在护士身心耗竭综合征的应用效果。结果常规组和研究组培训前个人成就感、工作冷漠和情感衰竭程度之间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而研究组培训后个人成就感(39.66±2.05)分高于本组培训前和常规组(32.01±5.27)分和(32.62±5.15)分,工作冷漠和情感衰竭程度(5.81±1.65)分和(14.63±2.19)分明显低于常规组和研究组培训前评分(13.65±2.75)分和(28.79±2.35)分、(13.72±2.68)分和(28.91±2.47)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨外科护士实施共情培训有助于降低其职业倦怠感,减少护士身心耗损综合征的发生,临床运用效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of empathy theory training on orthopedic surgery nurses in reducing their physical and mental exhaustion syndrome.Methods A survey was carried out on nurses in orthopedic surgery in the hospital.The 30 nurses from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into a routine group and a research group with an average of 15 per capita using the equal single-blind method,and empathy theoretical training was implemented for the nurses in the research group,to explore its application effect in nurses’physical and mental exhaustion syndrome.Results There was no statatically significant difference in the degree of personal accomplishment,job indifference and emotional exhaustion between the routine group and the study group before training(P>0.05);while the personal achievement of the study group after training(39.66±2.05)points was higher than that before training in the routine group(32.01±5.27)points and(32.62±5.15)points,the degree of work apathy and emotional exhaustion(5.81±1.65)points and(14.63±2.19)points were significantly lower than the pre-training scores of the routine group and the study group(13.65±2.75)points and(28.79±2.35)points,(13.72±2.68)points and(28.91±2.47)points,the difference between the groups was statatically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathy training for orthopedic surgery nurses can help reduce their job burnout,reduce the occurrence of nurses'physical and mental wastage syndrome,and have a significant clinical application effect.
