摘　　要：目的探讨无偿献血志愿服务队伍的管理模式与管理效果。方法该血液中心于2019年1月起加强对无偿献血志愿服务队伍的管理,比较加强管理前后1年的志愿服务不满意事件发生率、无偿献血志愿服务队伍有效运行率。结果加强管理后,血站志愿服务不满意事件发生率明显低于加强管理前,无偿献血志愿服务队伍的有效运行率高于加强管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对无偿献血志愿队伍的管理有助于稳定无创献血志愿队伍,可促进队伍的科学发展,献血者感到更满意,其应用价值较高。Objective To explore the management mode and management effect of voluntary blood donation service teams.Methods Since January 2019,the blood center has strengthened the management of voluntary blood donation service teams,and compared the incidence of unsatisfactory volunteer service incidents before and after one year of the management and the effective operation rate of voluntary blood donation service teams.Results After the management was strengthened,the incidence of unsatisfactory incidents in the blood station volunteer service was significantly lower than that before the management was strengthened,and the effective operation rate of the voluntary blood donation service team was higher than that before the management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the management of voluntary blood donation teams can help stabilize the non-invasive blood donation team,promote the scientific development of the team,and make blood donors more satisfied.Its application value was high.
