摘  要:近年来肿瘤专科门诊量出现了快速增长,患者需求的多元化也随之愈发明显。该文通过对肿瘤专科门诊服务中的薄弱环节的分析,以患者需求为导向,制定有针对性、可落实、人性化的举措,提升专业能力、提高服务管理、强化信息化管理、改善就医环境,丰富服务内涵,从而打造出体系化、精细化、智慧化、多元化的肿瘤专科门诊,切实改善了患者就医体验。In recent years,there has been a rapid increase in the number of oncology specialist outpatient clinics,and the diversification of patient needs has also become more obvious.Based on the analysis of the weak links in the oncology specialist outpatient service,the implementable and user-friendly measures to enhance professional capabilities are made,service management,strengthen information management are improved,the medical environment is improved,and the service content is enriched,so as to create a systematic,refined,intelligent,and diversified cancer specialist clinic,which effectively improves the patient's medical experience.
