摘　　要：该文分析了住院患者对医院图书馆服务的需求,研究并实施相关措施,进行满意度评价。利用文献分析法制定调查问卷,利用问卷调查法分析患者需求并评价图书馆开展患者服务的满意度,使用Excel 2010进行数据录入和整理,统计分析采用软件SPSS 19.0。医院图书馆对患者开放服务有着重大的意义,患者在得到治疗的同时也获得了疾病的相关知识,对疾病知识特别是并发症的了解,可以提高信任度缓解医患关系,在宣传疾病知识的同时医院文化也得到了传播。This article analyzes the needs of inpatients for hospital library services,studies and implements relevant measures,and evaluates satisfaction.The literature analysis method was used to formulate questionnaires,the questionnaire investigation method was used to analyze the needs of patients and evaluate the satisfaction of the library's patient services,Excel 2010 was used for data entry and sorting,and the statistical analysis software SPSS19.0 was used.The hospital library is of great significance for patients to open services.Patients also obtain disease-related knowledge while receiving treatment.Knowledge of disease knowledge,especially complications,can increase trust and ease the relationship between doctors and patients,and promote disease knowledge as well as spread hospital culture.
