摘　　要：使用新媒体技术,公立医院的健康体检中心可更好地为受检者提供服务,如与健康体检流程相结合,提高工作效率,对健康体检行为进行全流程管理;与健康促进相结合,拓展检后追踪内容,实现现代综合健康管理;与健康教育相结合,根据检后结果,制作多元科普素材;与医患沟通相结合,根据体检内容,畅通线上、线下立体沟通渠道。但在使用新媒体技术的过程中,需注意要充分告知说明,稳定过渡使用新媒体;注重信息安全,做好受检者隐私保护;加强对客服人员培训,防止出现沟通无效;严格科普内容审核,提高健康传播质量。By usign new media technology,the health examination center of public hospitals can better provide services to the examinees,such as combining with the health examination process,improving work efficiency,and managing the whole process of health examination behavior;combining with health promotion,expanding the content of post-examination tracking to realize modern comprehensive health management;combining with health education to produce multiple popular science materials based on post-examination results;combining with doctors and patients to unblock online and offline three-dimensional communication channels based on the content of physical examinations.However,in the process of using new media technology,it is necessary to fully inform and explain the stable transition of the use of new media;pay attention to information security and do a good job in the privacy protection of the subject;strengthen the training of customer service personnel to prevent communication failure;strict review of popular science content,improve the quality of health communication.
