摘 要:结合线路保护配置方案的特点,分析了不同保护动作特性对电压暂降的影响。对线路故障率、故障类型、故障持续时间、故障点等不确定因素进行模拟,提出一种序贯蒙特卡洛模拟下计及线路保护动作动作特性的电压暂降评估方法。以IEEE 30节点系统为测试算例进行仿真,计算了系统不同线路保护配置下电压暂降指标,结果表明所提方法能有效定量计算时间维度上电压暂降指标;实际电压暂降随机评估应充分考虑线路保护配置情况,将不同保护的动作特性引入评估模型中。Based on the characteristics of the line protection configuration scheme,the effects of different protection action characteristics on voltage sags were analyzed.The statistical model of fault information in uncertain conditions was established and a method of voltage sag evaluation based on sequential Monte Carlo simulation considering the action characteristics of line protection was proposed.The proposed method was applied to IEEE-30,and the simulation results show that the method can quantitatively calculate the voltage sag index in the time dimension.The characteristic of protection system has an obvious effect on voltage sags frequency assessment.The evaluation of voltage sag should consider the configuration of line protection,and the operating characteristics of different protections should be introduced into the evaluation model.
