摘　　要：骨会大杼首见于《难经》,但是从清代开始,医家就骨会大椎还是骨会大杼产生了分歧,本文将从大杼与大椎二穴的穴名、经脉联系、基础研究、临床应用等方面进行对比与考证,最终认为骨会大杼更为准确。The bones were reported in the"Difficult Sutra"for the first time.Since the Qing Dynasty,the different opinion for the bones of the Dàzhuīor the bones of Dàzhùwas appeared.Through comparison and textual research,the names of the cave for Dàzhùand Dàzhuī,the relationship of the meridians of the Dàzhuī,basic research,and the clinical application were discussed in this article.The bones of Dàzhùwill be more suitable ultimately.
