重症患儿病情各阶段父母需求现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查重症患儿不同病情阶段家属的需求,为制定针对性护理方案提供科学依据。方法:采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷及儿童重症监护病房家属需求问卷,对贵州省某三甲医院PICU159名患儿父母进行调查。结果:在患儿病情极危重阶段、危重阶段及非危重阶段,父母需求得分分别为(112.94±15.41)分、(116.23±11.69)分和(119.39±10.99)分,极危重阶段和危重阶段前三位需求均为沟通、保证、支持;非危重阶段前三位需求依次为沟通、保证、信息。多元逐步回归显示,自身文化程度、月收入、患有慢性疾病、子女医疗保险情况、子女有无慢性疾病、年龄、子女疾病所在系统均对需求得分有影响(P<0.05)。结论:在患儿不同病情阶段,父母需求得分不同,需求维度有所差异,护理人员应根据患儿父母不同阶段的具体需求,制定具有针对性的干预方案。Objective:To investigate the needs of families at different stages of children with critical illness.Methods:159 children’s parents of PICU in Guizhou were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire about basic information and a questionnaire on the needs of family members of the intensive care unit.Results:The score of parents need were(112.94±15.41),(116.23±11.69)and(119.39±10.99)in the extremely critical stage,critical stage and not-critical stage,respectively.Stepwise regression showed that education level,monthly income,suffering from chronic diseases,children’s medical insurance,children with chronic diseases,age,disease types all have an impact on demand score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scores and dimensions of parents’needs are different at different stages of children’s illness.Therefore,when meeting the needs of parents of children with severe illness,nurses should make targeted intervention plans according to the needs at different stages.
