摘 要:运用光伏组件输出的非线性特点,针对输出功率在诸多环境因素下的变化规律问题,选定光伏电池的等效电路类型并确定光伏电池的数学模型。在以上条件的基础上通过在MALTAB/Simulink模块中仿真光伏电池,得以探究光伏电池受光照强度和环境温度两因素的影响情况。为进一步分析局部阴影条件下的光伏阵列输出特性,将光伏阵列分别以串联和并联形式进行试验,得出采用多串联少并联的阵列结构可获得较大的输出功率。Using the non-linear characteristics of the output of photovoltaic modules,in view of the problem of the change law of output power under many environmental factors,the equivalent circuit type of the photovoltaic cell is selected and the mathematical model of the photovoltaic cell is determined.On the basis of the above conditions,by simulating photovoltaic cells in the MALTAB/Simulink module,the influence of the two factors of light intensity and ambient temperature on photovoltaic cells is studied.In order to further analyze the output characteristics of photovoltaic arrays under partial shadow conditions,the photovoltaic arrays are tested in series and parallel respectively,and it is concluded that the array structure with more series and less parallel can obtain larger output power.
