摘　　要：党的十八大把生态文明建设列入“五位一体”建设目标,兼顾经济、资源与环境的协调发展,建设绿色矿山成为当前矿山建设的风向标和发展的必由之路。列举了国外在矿产资源绿色勘查开发中所制定的政策、采取的相关措施,旨在阐述我国在借鉴国外经验的同时,结合我国发展实际来建设绿色矿山的历程。通过对我国绿色矿山发展历程的分析,指出在新形势下,矿山生产企业应以矿产资源合理利用、节能减排、保护自然生态环境、矿地和谐为发展目标。政府相关部门要从实际出发,制定明确的奖惩机制,让企业把绿色矿山建设的理念贯穿整个矿山生产及生命周期中,最终达成资源、生态、经济、文明和社会效益相统一,实现人类社会的可持续发展。The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China listed the construction of ecological civilization as the"five-in-one"construction goal,taking into account the coordinated develop⁃ment of economy,resources and the environment.Green mine construction has become the current vane of mine construction and the only way for development.Lists the policies and measures adopted by foreign countries in the green exploration and development of mineral resources,it aims to illustrate the history of China's construction of green mines in combination with China's actual development while drawing on for⁃eign experience.Through the analysis of the development history of green mines in my country,it is pointed out that under the new situation,mining enterprises should take the rational use of mineral resources,ener⁃gy conservation and emission reduction,protection of natural ecological environment,and harmony of mines and regions as their development goals.Relevant government departments should proceed from reality and formulate a clear reward and punishment mechanism to allow enterprises to integrate the concept of green mine construction throughout the entire mine production and mine life cycle,and ultimately achieve the uni⁃ty of resources,ecology,economy,civilization,and social benefits,and to realize the sustainable develop⁃ment of society.
