摘  要:某铁矿采用传统的分段空场法开采缓倾斜至倾斜厚矿体,存在采切工程量大及准备时间长、生产能力偏低、多余尾砂处理等难题,创造性地提出了基于绿色理念的组合分段开采方式。将2个分段划分一个组合开采单元,共用一套出矿底部结构,大大节省了采切工程量和采切准备时间,虽混入一定量的下盘废石,但可通过大块干选后加工成砂石骨料外卖抵偿其成本;同时新增的下盘空区为尾砂排放提供了空间,解决了选厂产生多余尾砂的堆存难题。矿山实践表明,通过采用组合分段开采技术,采切比降低22.87%,生产能力提高23.08%,同时选矿产生的湿式尾砂全部用于井下充填,遵循了开采与环境协调一致的原则,实现了"低开采、高利用、低排放"的开采技术,达到了经济效益、生态效益和环境效益的和谐统一。An iron ore used the traditional segmented open-field method to mine gently sloping to slop⁃ing thick ore bodies.There were problems such as large mining and cutting works,long preparation time,low production capacity,and excess tailings treatment.So creatively proposed a combination of segmented mining method based on the green concept.The essence is dividing the two sections into a combined mining unit,and sharing a set of bottom structure of the ore,which greatly saves the amount of mining and cutting engineering and preparation time.Although a certain amount of waste rock from the bottom wall is mixed in,it can be processed into sand and gravel aggregates through dry selection of large pieces to offset the cost.At the same time,the newly-added footwall empty area provides space for tailings discharge and solves the problem of stacking excess tailings generated by the processing plant.The mine's practice shows that through the use of combined segmented mining technology,the mining-to-cut ratio is reduced by 22.87%and the production capacity is increased by 23.08%.At the same time,the wet tailings produced by the ben⁃eficiation are all used for underground filling,following the principle of harmony between mining and the environment.The mining technology of"low mining,high utilization,and low emissions"has been real⁃ized,and the harmonious unity of economic,ecological and environmental benefits has been achieved.
