摘  要:长安金矿露天转地下开采,1500 m首采中段采用无底柱分段崩落法。为解决中深孔落矿存在眉线破坏严重、隔墙、炸药单耗高等问题,在现场调查及理论分析的基础上,结合岩体力学实验结果,优化凿岩爆破参数、提高中深孔施工质量,改进装药和爆破工艺。确定炸药单耗为0.8kg/m3,取消了孔内敷设的导爆索,采用微差爆破、孔底起爆、孔口交错装药,并采用之字形装药,装药系数由0.83降低到0.72~0.75,降低爆破振动对眉线的影响。现场试验取得了良好的效果,采场矿石回采率87%,贫化率25%,大块率9%,一次炸药单耗为0.38 kg/t,显著改善了爆破质量、降低了装药单耗,为中深孔落矿在长安金矿的应用打下了良好的基础。Chang'an Gold Mine is converted from open-pit to underground mining,and the first min⁃ing level of 1500 m is adopted by non-pillar sublevel caving method.In order to solve the problems of seri⁃ous eyebrow line damage,partition wall and high explosive consumption in medium and deep hole caving,based on field investigation and theoretical analysis,combined with the results of rock mechanics experi⁃ment,the drilling blasting parameters are optimized,the construction quality of medium and deep hole is improved,and the charge and blasting technology are improved.The unit consumption of explosive was de⁃termined to be 0.8 kg/m3,and the detonating cord laid in the hole was canceled.The millisecond blasting,hole bottom initiation,hole mouth staggered charge were adopted,and the zigzag charge was adopted.The charge coefficient was reduced from 0.83 to 0.72~0.75,and the influence of blasting vibration on the eye⁃brow line was reduced.The field test has achieved good results.The stope ore recovery rate is 87%,the di⁃lution rate is 25%,the bulk rate is 9%,and the unit consumption of primary explosive is 0.38 kg/t,which significantly improves the blasting quality and reduces the unit consumption of charge,and lays a good foundation for the application of medium and deep hole caving in Chang'an Gold Mine.
