摘  要:结合生产实际,分析了某矿特殊矿脉在开采过程中的贫化损失原因,并提出精细化开采方案。精细化开采方案主要包括两个方面,一是针对不同厚度形态的矿脉,根据现场开采条件以及矿石富集特点,将矿脉精细化划分,采用最优回采方案来减小采切比,从源头降低矿石的贫化率。二是在矿脉的最优开采方案中,优化各个环节的工作,使开采过程精细化,降低矿石开采过程中的损失率。从以上两个原则出发,对多厚度局部富集矿脉的采矿方法以及整个流程进行优化。Combined with the actual production,the reasons for the dilution loss of special veins in a mine during the mining process are analyzed,and the fine mining scheme is proposed.The fine mining scheme mainly includes two aspects.The first is to finely divide the veins according to the mining condi⁃tions and ore enrichment characteristics different thickness shapes.Then,the optimal mining scheme is used to reduce the mining-cut ratio and reduce the dilution rate of ore from the source.Second,in the opti⁃mal mining scheme of veins,optimize the work of each link,make the mining process refinement,reduce the loss rate in the process of ore mining.Based on the above two principles,the mining method of multithickness local enrichment veins and the whole process are optimized.
