摘  要:紫金山虎中煤矿地下采空区治理是开展地表建筑工程活动的重要前提。首先实行分区域对采空区进行探测,提出将勘探孔兼做注浆孔的"边探边治"空区治理方式,以及梅花式平面布置的勘探孔外扩方案。然后结合采空区特征选用不同的注浆材料,净浆治理已充填采空区、水泥砂浆治理未充填采空区以及粗骨料治理巷道;最后通过钻孔取芯检验方法验证采空区的注浆治理效果。结果表明:注浆治理后的采空区充填率达到75%以上,水泥砂浆充填孔的浆体终凝后强度均大于5 MPa,水泥浆充填孔的浆体终凝后强度均大于2 MPa,符合设计规范要求。紫金山虎中煤矿地下采空区治理方案的实施对类似工程实践具有借鉴意义。The treatment of the underground goaf of the Zijinshan Huzhong Coal Mine is an important prerequisite for the development of surface construction activities. Firstly,the goaf is detected in different areas,and the "exploration and control" goaf management method that uses the exploration hole as a grouting hole and the expansion plan of the quincunx plan layout of the exploration hole are proposed. Then,according to the characteristics of the goaf,different grouting materials are selected,use net slurry treatment the filled goaf area,cement mortar treatment in the unfilled goaf area,and coarse aggregate treatment in the roadway;finally,the core inspection is carried out to verifies the grouting treatment effect of the goaf.The results showed that the filling rate of the goaf after grouting treatment is more than 75%,and the strength of the cement mortar filling hole after final setting is greater than 5 MPa,The strength of the slurry in the cement slurry filling hole after final setting is greater than 2 MPa,which meets the requirements of the design specification. The implementation of the treatment plan for the underground goaf of the Zijinshan Huzhong Coal Mine has reference significance for similar engineering practices.
