摘　　要：新形势下,我军卫勤训练的模式呈现常态化、多样化的趋势,同时更加注重实战化需求,野外驻训、在营训练的方法与模式也在发展变化。但由于医疗队员更新较频繁、卫勤训练中心建设标准不统一等,在营训练的效果常难以保证。而标准化的急诊创伤中心的设置、常见病种需要与野战医疗队组室的构成及任务要求高度契合,通过合理化的流程想定,承担野战医疗队的在营训练任务,采用沉浸式团队训练模式,提高医疗队员及其所在团队的战创伤救治能力。Under the new situation,the pattern of medical service training of our army is becoming more and more normal and diversified,and more attention is paid to the needs of actual combat.However,due to the frequent renewal of medical personnel and the inconsistent construction standards of medical service training center,the standards and requirements of in-camp training can not be guaranteed.The setting of the standardized emergency trauma center is highly consistent with the composition of the field medical team,and the common cases are also highly consistent with the medical team's mission requirements.Through rational process design,the emergency trauma center can undertake the in-camp training task of the field medical team,and adopt the immersive team training mode to improve the ability of the medical members and their team in the treatment of war trauma.
