摘　　要：2020年春节前夕,国内暴发新冠疫情,民众的生命健康安全受到巨大威胁。为了应对疫情,我国从中央到地方开展广泛的卫生动员,调集大量卫生资源,有效遏制疫情的扩散,最终取得疫情防控阻击战的胜利。文章回顾新冠疫情国内卫生动员工作,梳理卫生人力、防疫物资、科技、财务等4方面的动员情况,总结本次疫情防控中卫生动员工作的经验与不足,对未来我国卫生动员的组织提出建议,为国家和军队卫生资源管理提供参考。Just before the 2020 spring festival, a pandemic of COVID-19 broke out in China. People’s life and health were under great threat. Chinese government launched extensive health mobilization from its center to local branches immediately and collected a large amount of health resources in order to deal with the pandemic. China kept down the spread of COVID-19 successfully and won the battle against the virus eventually. This paper reviewed the domestic health mobilization, sorted out 4 aspects of work related to human resources, prevention materials, technology and finance. It also summarized the experience and shortcomings of the health mobilization during the epidemic prevention and control, and put forward suggestions for the future health mobilization in China, so as to provide reference for the management of health resources by the state and the military.
