摘　　要：目的对我国公立医院廉洁风险防控的难点、实施、成效进行分析,为进一步推动公立医院在全面从严治党环境下强化廉洁风险防控工作提供参考。方法对CNKI、万方、维普数据库进行文献检索,检索时限为建库至2020年3月,纳入与公立医院廉洁风险防控相关的文献,采用定性分析方法对资料进行资料提取和信息整理。结果23篇文章纳入研究。文献分析显示,目前多采用加强组织领导、开展廉洁教育、完善制度流程、排查风险点、建立权力运行监控平台、狠抓违纪违规行为等方式推进廉洁风险防控工作。结论目前公立医院廉洁风险防控尚存在认识不足,风险查找不到位,缺乏廉洁风险防控评价机制等问题,需从强化廉洁文化构建、精准查找风险点、强化考评机制推动下一步的廉洁风险防控落地。Objective To analyze the difficulties,implementation and effect of the prevention and control of the risk of public hospitals in China,and provide a reference for further promoting the prevention and control of the risks of public hospitals in the context of strict party management.Methods CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP database were searched to collect literature and government documents on“Prevention and Control of Corruption Risk in Public Hospitals”.They were then extracted,classified and summarized.Results Twenty-three articles were included in this study,showing that at present,the prevention and control of corruption risks were mostly promoted by strengthening organization and leadership,carrying out corruption education,perfecting system process,checking risk points,establishing power operation monitoring platform,and paying close attention to violations of discipline and rules.Conclusion There are still some problems in the prevention and control of corruption risks in public hospitals,such as insufficient understanding,inadequate risk finding and lack of evaluation mechanism.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of a corruption culture,accurately find risk points and strengthen the evaluation mechanism to promote the prevention and control of corruption risks in the future.
