采用OSLO进行十二碳二元酸结晶过程控制研究

摘　　要：介绍了十二碳二元酸的提纯方法。将经过预处理的十二碳二元酸发酵液泵入结晶器,同时将质量分数为30%稀硫酸通入外循环泵出料口加入结晶器,控制反应物料pH,通过冷却,压滤、洗涤、干燥制得十二碳二元酸。得到的十二碳二元酸产品颗粒大而均匀、色泽好、纯度高,且可实现结晶过程的连续化。The purification method of 1?10-decanedicarboxylic acid was introduced.The pre-treated fermentation liquid of 1?10-decanedicarboxylic acid was pumped into the crystallizer,at the same time 30% dilute sulfuric acid was pumped into the outside circulation outlet to add into the crystallizer,the reaction material pH was controlled,the 1?10-decanedicarboxylic acid was made by cooling,pressing,washing and drying.After drying,the 1?10-decanedicarboxylic acid particles were large and uniform,with good color and purity,and realized the continuous crystallization process.
