摘　　要：尘肺病是我国目前较为常见的一种呼吸系统职业病,心肺运动试验(CPET)在呼吸系统疾病患者的心肺功能评估及指导康复治疗中有重要价值。本文对CPET在尘肺病心肺功能评估及康复治疗中的应用进行综述,尤其是在尘肺患者心肺耐力评估、职业劳动能力鉴定、康复计划制定、预后判定等方面的实用价值进行重点介绍,认为值得被推广使用。Pneumoconiosis is a quite common occupational disease of respiratory system in China,while cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET)has shown important application value in assessing cardiopulmonary function evaluation and guiding rehabilitation treatment for patients with respiratory diseases.This paper makes a brief review focused on its application in pneumoconiosis patients,especially the evaluation of cardiopulmonary endurance,the occupational identification of labor ability,the formulation of rehabilitation plan the judgment of prognosis etc,and considers that it is worth popularizing.
