摘 要:核电厂数字化仪控系统(以下简称:DCS)掌控着核电站300多个系统、近万套设备,是核电站的"大脑"和"神经中枢"。"输入输出(I/O)通道测试"是检测DCS质量的重要测试项,现有测试技术需要人工逐个通道进行信号输入、数据读取、数据强制、输出信号测量、人工记录数据和计算精度等操作,效率低且易出现人因失误。计算机技术和自动化技术的发展为仪控系统通道自动化测试提供了新的技术手段。本文针对这些困难,介绍了一种通道自动化测试的技术,并开发了相应的测试装置。测试人员只需编写测试用例,导入到自动化测试装置按提示执行便可完成整个测试流程,同时可以对测试数据自动进行处理,生成测试报告,提高测试效率和准确性。实际项目使用证明,此测试装置测试结果准确有效,测试效率显著提高,减少了人因失误,提升了核电厂仪控系统质量控制水平。The digital I & C system(DCS) of nuclear power plant controls more than 300 systems and nearly 10,000 sets of equipment, which is the "brain" and "nerve center" of nuclear power plant. "Input/Output Channel Test" is an important test item to detect DCS quality. The existing test technology requires manual channel-by-channel signal input, data manual reading, data enforcement, output signal measurement, manual recording data and calculation accuracy and other operations, which is inefficient and prone to human error. The development of computer technology and automation technology provides a new technical means for the automatic testing of the I & C system channel. In this paper, in view of these difficulties, this paper introduces a channel automatic test technology, and develops the corresponding test device. The tester can complete the whole test process by writing test cases, importing them into the automatic test device and executing according to the prompts. At the same time, it can automatically process the I/O test data, generate test reports, improve the test efficiency and accuracy, and help to control the quality and shorten the construction period. The application results of the actual project show that the test results are accurate and effective. With the test device, the test efficiency is significantly improved, the error is reduced, and the level of the DCS quality control of I & C system nuclear power plant is improved.
