摘 要:在实际中,真空绝热板(VIP)经常与其它材料组成多层保温结构。但受到环境以及材料热物性差异的影响,对于不同布置顺序的多层保温结构,其隔热效果会有所区别。基于此,利用VIP以及其它材料搭建了不同保温结构的实验箱,结合Fluent软件进行仿真,并通过热传递矩阵分析了各箱体的热惰性。结果表明,当VIP布置于最外侧时,保温效果最好。In practical application, the vacuum insulation panel(VIP) is often combined with other materials to form the multilayer insulation system. Due to the environmental factors and the difference of thermal physical properties of materials, the entire insulation effect for different distribution sequence of multilayer insulation structure is different. Based on this, the VIP and other materials were used to build the experimental boxes with different thermal insulation structures, the Fluent software was used for simulation, and the heat transfer matrix was used to analyze the thermal inertia of each box. The results indicate that when the VIP is closer to outside air ambient, the performance of multilayer insulation structure will be better.
