摘 要:基于如何高效率、低成本开发制造复杂曲面铝合金产品的需求,提出了多工序冷锻的方法取代传统的机加工方法。根据产品特征,运用金属冷锻成形理论制定3道次冷锻结合一次切飞边的成形工艺,通过Deform-3D有限元软件对制定的多道次工艺进行叠加模拟分析,在最终成形填充饱满的前提下获得了每工序变形载荷及等效应变的变化规律。最后进行实验验证,实验结果与数值模拟结果相吻合,得到硬度均匀,表面质量高的成品。In order to develop and produce the aluminum alloy products with complex surface in a more efficient and lower-cost way,the multi-process cold forging was proposed to replace the traditional machining method.Based on the the characteristics of the products,the metal cold forming theory was applied to develop the forming process of three passes cold forging combined with one pass flying edge cutting.Deform-3D finite element software was used to carry out the superposition simulation analysis of the developed multi-pass process.The variation law of deformation load and equivalent strain of each process were obtained on the premise of full filling of the final forming.Finally,the experimental results were consistent with the numerical simulation results,and the products with uniform hardness and high surface quality were obtained.
