摘　　要：近年来,政府购买图书馆服务的监管工作在监管制度、监管主体、监管方式、监管内容等方面都取得显著成效,但监管实践中亦面临着诸多困境,例如:监管制度不完善,政府监管能力不强,监管内容不全面,监管主体第三方参与不足。应对之策包括:建立健全监管制度体系,提高监管主体的认识和能力,明确政府部门的监管职责,加强民众的监管作用,发挥第三方机构的监管优势。In recent years,supervision work of the government purchasing library services has achieved remarkable results in terms of supervision system,supervision subject,supervision method,supervision content,etc.However,it also faces the dilemma in supervision practice,such as weak government supervision capabilities,incomplete supervision content,and insufficient third-party participation of supervisory entities.The countermeasures include:establishing and completing regulatory systems,improving the awareness and capabilities of regulatory entities,clarifying the regulatory responsibilities of government departments,giving play to the regulatory role of the public,and strengthening the regulatory role of third-party agencies.
