摘　　要：参考咨询是图书馆提供社会化服务的重要途径。在图书馆服务向数字化、智慧化转型的过程中,参考咨询服务急需在服务理念、服务手段、服务模式上有所借鉴和创新。用户画像技术有助于识别用户潜在需求,实现精准信息推送,可为构建智慧参考咨询服务提供技术参考。首先,对参考咨询服务从传统形态到智慧形态的总体过程进行回顾、观察与梳理,分析智慧参考咨询服务的组成要素;接着,从自然、偏好、情境和社交四个维度构建用户画像标签体系和智慧参考咨询服务框架;最后,总结智慧参考咨询服务的工具、方法、策略及路径,以期为图书馆智慧化建设提供理论和方法支持。The reference service is an important way for libraries to deliver their services.With the trend of digitization and intelligentization,the library reference service is in urgent need of innovation in service concept,utilization and mode.The user portrait technology may assist reference service in identifying potential needs,recommending accurate information,and supporting intelligent reference service.This paper first presents the evolution process of reference service through traditional type to intelligent type,then uses 4 elements(nature,preference,context and social interaction)from corresponding aspects to construct a user portrait label system and framework.Finally,we summarize the tools,methods,strategies and implementation paths of the intelligent reference service,aiming at providing theories and methods in supporting smart library construction.
