国际图联图书馆可持续发展理念探究与启示

摘　　要：国际图联作为全球图书馆界的代表,肩负着激励、参与、赋能和互联互通的职能,其与时俱进的理念和行动对各国图书馆具有指导和规范作用。采用文本内容分析法结合网站调研法从信息获取、信息技术和信息知识等领域总结和归纳联合国《2030年可持续发展议程》出台后国际图联对图书馆可持续发展所作贡献,解析可持续发展目标实施要旨,建议国内图书馆积极响应国际图联"行动召唤",配合出台相关政策、标准和指南,加强与国际组织、本国政府和行业协会等利益相关主体的合作,推广新型信息技术的应用,推动信息的持续获取和保存,进一步加强信息知识普及,提高公众信息甄别能力。As a representative of the global community of libraries,IFLA has the stimulating,participating,enabling and connecting functions.Its ideas and actions play a guiding and normative role for libraries in all countries.The paper summarizes and induces IFLA’s efforts and contributions to the libraries ofter the publication of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,with the method of text-content analysis combined with site survey from the access of information and information technology and information knowledge,analyzes the implementation of the sustainable development target,and then suggests that the domestic libraries should actively respond to the"action"of IFLA,cooperate with relevant policies,standards,and guidelines,strengthen the cooperation with international organizations,national governments and industry association,popularize the application of information technology,promote the continuous acquisition and the preservation of information,and then further strengthen the popularization of information knowledge to improve the public’s ability to identify information.
