“久病床前无孝子”?失能老人子代照料表现的追踪研究--兼论社区居家养老服务资源的调节效应

摘　　要：“久病床前无孝子”的说法在我国流传甚广,但其是否成立尚未被实证检验。基于2005-2014年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)数据,探索子代照料时长、照料强度对照料表现的影响以及社区居家养老服务资源在其中的调节效应。研究表明:子代照料强度显著影响其照料表现,照料强度越大,子代照料表现越消极,“久病床前无孝子”更准确的说法应为“重病床前无孝子”;经济宽裕、身体健康、有配偶的老年人,其子代照料表现更积极;社区居家养老服务资源能够减弱子代照料强度对其照料表现的消极影响,验证了居家养老服务资源在失能老人长期照护中的实际效用。"A parent of prolonged ilness finds no dutiful qhildren at the bedside"is widely spread in China,but it has not been tested empirically.Based on the data from the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHIS)in 20052014,this paper analyses the relationship between care duration,care intensity and care performance of the adult children of Chinese disabled elderly and the moderating effects of homebased care services resources for the elderly.The results show that the care intensity can significanly affect care performance,but the relationship between the care duration and care performance is not significant.The adult children caregivers of the disabled elderly who are:wealthy,healthy and married are more active in caring for their parents.Therefore,"A parent of prolonged ilness finds no dutiful children at the bedside"may be expressed as"A parent of Serious ilness finds no dutiful children at the bedside".The homebased care services for the elderly can reduce the negative influence of adult children's care intensity on their care performance,so it is necessary to develop the homebased care services for the disabled elderly and their adult children caregivers.
