摘　　要：钼丝作为一种重要的钼制品,拥有十分广阔的发展前景,主要应用于线切割行业、喷涂钼丝行业等,但是在制备和使用过程中存在着成丝率低、断丝率高、寿命短等问题,纯钼丝已经无法满足现代工业发展的要求,各种掺杂钼合金丝日益得到重视,对纯钼丝、TZM合金丝、Al-Si-K掺杂钼合金丝、Mo-Re合金丝、稀土掺杂钼丝、Mo-Al2O3合金丝及多元复合掺杂钼丝的制备方法和研究现状进行了综述,并对钼丝在研究过程中存在的问题进行了讨论、分析和展望。Molybdenum wire,as an important kind of molybdenum products,has a very broad prospects for development,which is mainly used for wire cutting,spraying molybdenum wire industry,et al.However there exist some problems in wire rate low,high rate of broken wires and short service life in the process of preparation and use,so pure molybdenum wire has been unable to meet the development of modern industry,and all kinds of doped molybdenum wire are gradully paid attention.The preparation methods and research status were reviewed of pure molybdenum wire,TZM wire,Al-Si-K doped molybdenum wire,Mo-Re wire,rare earth doped molybdenum wire,Mo-Al2O3 alloy wire and composite doped molybdenum wire,and the problems in the research process of molybdenum wire were discussed,summarized and prospected.
