摘　　要：报告1例先天性巨大色素痣伴黏液沉积。患儿男,2月龄,躯干黑色斑块2个月。皮肤科检查:背部、腰部、双侧臀部、右侧外阴及右侧大腿近端可见黑色斑片,表面有稀疏毛发分布,边界清楚,部分皮损上分布黄豆至鸡蛋大结节。皮损组织病理检查:表皮大致正常,角质形成细胞间散在色素颗粒,真皮内可见痣细胞散在或成巢分布,并见成熟现象,部分痣细胞包绕毛囊及附属器,真皮可见大量色素颗粒。阿辛蓝染色示真皮胶原间大量黏液样物质沉积。诊断:先天性巨大色素痣伴黏液沉积。A case of giant congenital melanocytic nevi with mucin deposition is reported.A 2-months-old boy presented with black plaque on trunk for 2 months.Physical examination revealed an extensive black patch covering skin surface areas,including lower back,bilateral hip,right vulva,right thigh.Soybean to egg-sized nodules were distributed on some lesions.Histopathological examination showed that the epidermis was generally normal.There were scattered pigment granules between keratinocytes.Nevus cells were scattered or nest-forming in the dermis,with a mature morphology.Some nevus cells enveloped hair follicles and appendages.A large number of pigment particles were observed in the epidermis and dermis.Alcian blue stain showed a large number of mucins deposited in collagen.The diagnosis of giant congenital melanocytic nevi with mucin deposition was made.
