摘 要:丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)有良好的吸湿性,将其与丙烯腈共聚后,可以极大地改善丙烯腈共聚物的吸湿性能。研究了共聚物的回潮率和回潮效率随时间的变化规律,结果表明:DAC可以有效提高丙烯腈聚合物的吸湿能力,且回潮率与DAC的质量分数呈正比;增加相对湿度可以明显提高共聚物的平衡回潮率;提高温度会降低共聚物的平衡回潮率,但可以提高吸湿初期的回潮效率。Acryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride has good hygroscopicity. The copolymerization of ac-rylonitrile with acryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride can greatly improve the hygroscopicity of acrylo-nitrile copolymer. The change rule of the moisture regain and moisture regain efficiency of the copolymerover time are studied, and the results show that acryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride can effectivelyimprove the moisture absorption capacity of acrylonitrile polymer, and the moisture regain is directly propor-tional to the mass content of acryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride. Increasing the relative humiditycan obviously improve the constant moisture regain of the copolymer, and increasing the temperature can re-duce the constant moisture regain of the copolymer, but can improve the moisture regain efficiency at theearly stage of moisture absorption.
