摘　　要：就影响锦纶66白坯帘子布生产效率的原因进行了分析,从生产计划安排、加捻速度、落丝上架、标识线管理等方面入手找到了提高锦纶66白坯帘子布生产效率的有效措施,实现了白坯帘子布高质高量生产的目标,满足了疫情期间国内外客户对帘子布的采购需求,避免了因需求高不能及时交货的问题,降低了客户投诉及抱怨,提升了神马牌帘子布的品牌形象。The reasons that affected the production efficiency of PA66 blank cord fabric were analyzed, and effective measures to improve the production efficiency of PA66 blank cord fabric were found out from the aspects of production planning, twisting speed, falling yarn on the shelf, and management of marking line.The goal of high quality and high quantity production of PA66 blank cord fabric was realized. It could meet the purchase demand of domestic and foreign customers for cord fabric during the epidemic period, avoid the problem of timely delivery due to high demand, reduce customer complaints and complaints, and improve the brand image of Shenma brand cord fabric.
