ATY用途的涤纶FDY专用油剂的性能研究及应用

摘　　要：结合空气变形纱(ATY)工艺特点及要求,分析了ATY用途的涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)专用油剂TFDY-700的乳化性、黏浓性、平滑性、抗静电性等物化指标及应用性能,并与常规油剂进行了比较,同时考核了应用TFDY-700型油剂纺制的FDY在ATY工艺上的使用性能。经试验证明:ATY用途的涤纶FDY专用油剂TFDY-700的基本物化指标优异,能保证FDY的顺利生产,生产出的纤维各项物性指标正常,且应用该油剂纺制的FDY在ATY应用中,加工性能好,产品质量优,并且能大幅度延长空气喷嘴的清洗周期,提高生产效率。The emulsifying property, viscosity, smoothness, antistatic property and application performanceof TFDY-700, a special PET FDY oil agent for air-textured yarn(ATY) were analyzed and compared withthose of conventional oil agent, meanwhile, the performance of FDY fiber spun with TFDY-700 type oilagent in ATY process was examined. It has been proved by experiments that the basic physical and chemi-cal indexes of PET FDY oil agent TFDY-700 for ATY are excellent, which can ensure the smooth produc-tion of FDY fiber and the normal physical properties of the produced fiber, processing performance is good,air-variable yarn quality is excellent, and can significantly extend the air nozzle cleaning cycle, improveproduction efficiency.
