摘 要:针对软质单警防护装备柔软度无法定量测试的问题,设计出半边自由垂落角度和自由垂落30°的长度两种测试方法。通过讨论分析防护芯片结构、固定方式和层数对柔软度的影响,对比了两种测试方法的优缺点,为后续此类材料柔软度的测试提供了方法和思路。Aiming at the problem that the softness of soft single police protective equipment cannot be quan-titatively tested, two test methods for the half-side free fall angle and the free fall length of 30 degreeswere designed. Through discussion and analysis of the influence of the structure of the protective chip, thefixing method and the number of layers on the softness, the advantages and disadvantages of the two testmethods were compared, and the methods and ideas could be provided for the subsequent softness test ofsuch materials.
