摘 要:芳纶绝缘纸具有密度低、力学性能优异、耐高温、化学稳定和电绝缘性好等优点,在电子及电气绝缘保护方面有着广泛的应用。采用溶液喷射法制备间位芳纶(PMIA)纳米纤维,与机械处理获得的对位芳纶(PPTA)纳米纤维均匀混合后通过湿法成形、高温高压热压处理后获得表面高度致密的芳纶纳米纤维绝缘纸。研究了两种纤维配比和热压处理对绝缘纸的电绝缘性能的影响,试验结果表明:两种芳纶纳米纤维配比为5∶5的绝缘纸的力学性能和电绝缘性最佳;经过245℃、30 MPa、5 min热压处理,其击穿强度和体积电阻率可分别高达37 kV/mm和1.34×10^(15)Ω·cm。Aramid insulation paper has many advantages, such as low density, excellent mechanical properties, high temperature resistance, chemical stability and good electrical insulation. It is widely used in electronic and electrical insulation protection. PMIA nanofibers were prepared by solution spraying method, and then mixed with PPTA nanofibers obtained by mechanical treatment, then the aramid nanofiber insulation paper with high density was obtained by wet molding and hot-pressing treatment at high temperature and high pressure. The effects of the ratio of two kinds of fibers and hot-pressing treatment on the electrical insulation properties of insulation paper were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties and electrical insulation of insulation paper with 5∶5 ratio of aramid nanofibers are the best. The breakdown strength and volume resistivity of insulation paper after hot pressing at 245 ℃, 30 MPa and 5 min can reach37 kV/mm and 1.34×10^(15)Ω·cm, respectively.
