摘 要:采用模压成型的方法制备T700碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料层合板,通过试验观测不同热压温度对复合材料组织性能以及弯曲性能的影响。发现热压温度为50℃时,复合材料弯曲性能最佳,弯曲强度最高为875 MPa,最大载荷为345 N。基体溶液的黏度及流动性受温度影响较大,热压温度较低,复合材料力学性能较差;但是过高的热压温度会提高其固化速率且会使基体被部分压出,从而降低复合材料的力学性能。The compression molding method was used to prepare T700 carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite laminated board. The influence of different hot pressing temperature on the microstructures and bending properties of composite materials were observed by test. It was found when hot pressing temperature was 50 ℃, the composite bending performance was the best, the highest bending strength was 875 MPa,and the maximum load was 345 N. The viscosity and fluidity of the reinforced resin base were greatly affected by the temperature. When the hot pressing temperature was low, the mechanical properties of the composite material were poor, but too high temperature would increase its curing rate and make the matrix partly pressed out, thereby reducing the mechanical properties of the composites materials.
