摘 要:秸秆成型燃料热风炉是农村地区粮食烘干用燃煤热风炉替代产品的最佳选择,但目前运行过程中还存在结渣沾污、出力不足和污染物排放高的问题。基于FLIC和Fluent软件对7 MW秸秆成型燃料链条炉进行数值模拟研究。模拟结果表明,燃料在炉排上0~0.4 m主要为水分蒸发阶段,0.4~2.0 m主要为挥发析出和燃烧段,2.0~4.0 m为固定碳燃烧阶段;在挥发析出及燃烧阶段会消耗大量的氧气,一次风量应集中供给;适当提高一次风温并且降低炉排2.0 m后的一次风量可降低炉渣含碳量;二次风在前墙上部和炉顶的贫氧区射入炉膛,有助于气体燃烧和燃烬,但二次风入射风速需要进一步提高,第一级二次风入射角适当下调,以增加喉口处的横向混合;喉口尺寸不应过大,以提高气体横向混合程度。Combustion of straw briquettes in hot air stove is the best alternative to coal fired hot air furnace for grain drying in countryside.However,there are still problems of slagging and contamination,insufficient output and high pollutant emissions during the current operation.Based on FLIC and Fluent software,the numerical simulation of 7 MW biomass fired chain furnace is carried out.The results show that 0-0.4 m of fuel on the grate is mainly in the stage of water evaporation,0.4 m to 2.0 m is mainly in the stage of devolatilization and volatile combustion,and 2.0 m to 4.4 m is in the stage of fixed carbon combustion.A large amount of oxygen is consumed in devolatilization and volatile combustion stage.Primary air should be centralized supplied.The carbon content of slag can be reduced by increasing the primary air temperature.The secondary air is injected into the furnace chamber at the front wall and the top of the furnace,which is conducive to gas combustion and burnout.However,the wind speed of the secondary air needs to be further improved,and the injection angle of secondary air is appropriately lowered to increase the transverse mixing at the throat.The size of throat should not be too large to improve the horizontal mixing of gas.
