摘  要:随着汽轮机功率等级和蒸汽参数的不断提高,高温级次动叶片的工作温度已经超过600℃。传统的动叶片材料已经不能满足叶片长期安全运行的要求。为了解决这一问题,高温级次的汽轮机动叶片已经开始采用镍基N80A材料。通过对叶根轮槽型线的特殊设计,解决了N80A叶片材料和转子材料线膨胀系数差异较大导致的变形不协调问题,并对叶片和叶轮的高温蠕变强度进行了校核,检验叶片和叶轮能否在高温下长期安全运行。With the improvement of steam turbine power level and steam parameters.The working temperature of high temperature stage has exceeded 600℃.The traditional blade materials can not meet the requirement of long-term safe operation of blades.In order to solve this problem,Nickel-based N80A material has been used in steam turbine blades of high temperature stage.Through the special design of root groove profile,the problem of inconsistent deformation caused by large difference of linear expansion coefficient between N80A blade material and rotor material is solved.In order to test whether the blade and rotor can operate safely at high temperature for long time,the creep strength of blade and rotor at high temperature is checked.
