摘  要:浮筒液位计是一种常用的液位测量装置。核电厂疏水箱采用浮筒液位计会对测量精度产生一定影响。通过对浮子的受力进行分析,发现温度对测量误差的影响,并对比分析不同结构对测量精度的影响。在电厂分散控制系统(DCS)中采用温度补偿方法对测量误差进行修正,满足各工况测量精度要求。研究成果可为核电厂疏水箱液位计方案的选择提供参考。The float level gauge is a common liquid level measurement device.The float level gauge of drain tank in nuclear power plant have an impact on the accuracy of measurement.By analyzing the force of the float,it is found that the temperature has an infurence on the measurement errors and the influence of different structures on measurement errors was compared and analyzed.In distributed control system of power plant(DCS),the measurement error is corrected by temperature compensation to meet the measurement accuracy requirement of each operating condition.The research results can provide reference for selecting the level gauge of drain tank in nuclear power plant.
