摘  要:HAYNES 282高温合金具有优异的综合性能,文章阐述了其组织特点、强化机制以及焊接裂纹倾向,同时介绍了应变时效裂纹、凝固裂纹和热影响区液化裂纹敏感性的研究进展,其结果表明HAYNES 282具有较好的抗热裂性。结合HAYNES 282的裂纹敏感性,针对异种焊接转子工艺,提出了一种固溶态焊接后再进行时效热处理的过渡层焊接方法,获得接头的高温拉伸性能和短时持久性能表明,这种焊接方法能有效确保焊接接头在无损和性能方面的完整性。HAYNES 282 superalloy has excellent comprehensive properties.In this paper,the microstructure and strengthening mechanism of HAYNES 282 superalloy and welding crack sensitivity are investigated,and the research progress of strain-age cracking,solidification cracking and Heat-affected zone liquation cracking sensitivity are introduced respectively at the same time.The results show that HAYNES 282 has good thermal cracking resistance.Considered the crack sensitivity of HAYNES 282 and the welding process of dissimilar materials rotor,a butter layer welding method is proposed,which is to conduct post-aging heat treatment after solid solution welding.The high temperature tensile properties and short-term durability of the obtained joints show that this welding method can effectively ensure the integrity of the welded joints in terms of non-destructive and performance.
