摘  要:循环水是石化、炼油、化工等行业重要的换热载体,具有循环量大、新鲜水消耗高、结垢和腐蚀风险高等特点。江苏无锡某合成氨企业,具有年产合成氨60万t,尿素110万t的生产能力,该企业有2套循环水系统,其中合成氨循环水系统原采用高磷配方,磷含量不低于5mg/L。因该企业地处太湖地区,出于流域富营养化控制的需要,环保部门要求采用低磷甚至无磷配方。为国家水专项课题的研究内容,在前期已经完成对无磷主剂聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)合成和表征的基础上,从工业化应用角度出发,以PESA为主体,复配了无磷的复合缓蚀阻垢剂,分别从缓蚀性能、阻垢性能、投加成本等角度进行了综合考察,并从2018年开始至今成功进行了3.3万m^(3)/h循环量无磷药剂的实际应用,接近两年来的运行实践表明,无磷配方药剂,阻垢性能相比原有高磷配方不降低,缓蚀性能明显改善,且投加成本降低30%以上;和某进口无磷产品比较,缓蚀性能和投加成本基本持平,阻垢性能略差,但均能满足国家标准。Circulating water is an important heat exchange carrier in petrochemical,oil refining and chemical industries,which have characteristics of large circulation volume,high fresh water consumption and high scaling and corrosion risk.A synthetic ammonia company in Wuxi,Jiangsu province,has an annual production capacity of 600000 tsynthetic ammonia and 1.1 million tons urea per year.There are two sets of circulating water systems in this company.High-phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor was adopted in synthetic ammonia circulating water system and the phosphorus content was not less than 5 ppm.Because the company is located in Taihu Lake area,Environmental Bureau requires the adoption of low-phosphorus or non-phosphorus inhibitor to control the eutrophication.In this paper,a non-phosphorus compound corrosion and scale inhibitor based on PESA was prepared and corrosion,scale inhibition performance and the cost were studied respectively.Before this study,a master thesis has been revealed in the study of the major projects on water pollution and control.From 2018,this non-phosphorus compound corrosion and scale inhibitor has been applied in this synthetic ammonia company,which the circulation volume was33,000 cubic meters per hour.The results in past two years showed that the corrosion inhibition performance of this non-phosphorus inhibitor were better than original high-phosphorus inhibitor,the scale inhibition performance was close to high-phosphorus inhibitor and the cost decreased 30%.Furthermore,the corrosion inhibition and the cost of this non-phosphorus inhibitor were close to a certain foreign non-phosphorus inhibitor.The scale inhibition performance was slightly worse but could meet national standard in China.
