温病三焦辨证论治新型冠状病毒肺炎临床体会

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎是感染新型冠状病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病,属中医“温病”范畴,随着中医药对新冠肺炎的认识不断深入,尤其“湿毒”作为重要病理因素已基本达成共识,中医药在治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎方面取得有目共睹的成就,然其病机及传变规律仍需尽快完善。笔者自2020年1月运用中医温病三焦辨证法治疗COVID-19患者,疗效确切。Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is a new type of acute respiratory infectious disease caused by a new coronavirus.It is a category of“warm disease”in TCM.With the deepening of TCM understanding of new crown pneumonia,especially“damp poison”as an important pathological factor,a consensus has been reached.TCM has achieved remarkable achievements in treating new coronavirus pneumonia,but its pathogenesis and transmission rule still need to be achieved.Since January 2020,the author used the triple energizer dialectics of febrile disease to treat COVID-19 patients with definite curative effect.
